Our 6-week Baby Massage Course is a relaxed, welcoming space to slow down, connect with your baby and meet other local parents. Each 45-minute class gives you time to learn gentle baby massage techniques you can confidently use at home to support relaxation, settling and connection. After each class, there’s dedicated time to have a tea, chat with the other parents and connect.

Our 6-week Baby Massage Course is a relaxed, welcoming space to slow down, connect with your baby and meet other local parents.

Each 45-minute class gives you time to learn gentle baby massage techniques you can confidently use at home, while learning to notice and respond to your baby’s cues along the way.

After each class, there’s dedicated time to have a tea, chat with the other parents and connect. There’s no pressure for your baby to be perfectly settled or for you to have it all figured out. Feeding, crying, cuddles and nappy changes are all completely normal here.
