By booking a class with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are made online via our website.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • Class places are limited, and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • We do not accept cancellations once a booking is made.

  • If you give more than 24 hours’ notice that you cannot attend, we will offer an alternative session where available.

  • We may cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue issues). In this case, you will be offered an alternative session or a full refund.

3. Health & Safety

  • Parents/caregivers remain responsible for their child at all times.

  • Please ensure your baby is well enough to attend. If your baby is unwell or has any medical concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before attending.

  • We take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment, but parents are responsible for supervising their children.

4. Photography & Media

  • Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes.

  • Please let us know if you do not wish your child to be photographed.

5. Liability

  • By attending, you accept that Little Connections Co, its instructors, and venue hosts are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during classes, except where required by law.

6. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or email.
